- About Me:
- My family has joined me in promoting and breeding Connemaras since 1979. All three of our children competed in Three-Day Eventing, Lee and Julie riding Connemaras through Preliminary and Intermediate Levels.
In 1991, we imported from Ireland the Connemara stallion, *Canal Laurinston. After a great deal of study, I chose him especially because of his pedigree--four generations of renowned "Village" mares. Daughter, Lee, was his sole trainer and rider for 15 years, culminating in his selection in 2006 by the ACPS to receive its national "Hall of Fame" award, the AN TOSTAL Trophy, for a performance stallion excelling in six disciplines.
During a long association with the ACPS, serving in various capacities on its Board of Governors, I have developed many friendships around the world, and I encourage all of our members "to get involved" and contribute to the continued growth of the Society and the breed we all love--the Connemara Pony!

What wonderful weather we have had in California for mid November! I have been working with the ponies almost 5 days a week becase of the sunshine and 70 degrees. I had a very fun time at the October play day and I'm definately looking forward to the 2009 WCCS!
LiLi shiped safely to the Bolgers about a week and a half ago. Robert really likes her and he plans on trying to cover her next summer to his stallion *Coral Bobby.
