The adventures of pony O.

I love owning a connemara! I finally have the horse/pony of my dreams. I have had so many horses and ponies over the last 5 years. I have loved each but have been waiting for that one that parks its self in my heart. Ophelia is wonderful and funy, talented and clever. I have had her for almost a year now. She has opened up and really come out of her shell. Her latest is bucing when she is being lunged, she never bucked here much until recent. Mary, did she run around and buck there? Well anyway she practices!! Really!! Then she looks so smug and is like "hey mom see that one? I got my heels over my head!!" Fine as long as I am not on!! Go for it otherwise....
I recently took her to my new dressage coach Patricia Kabasa, It was her first time seeing O. She was very excited to teach us and very happy with the quality of pony I have and said we will go very far toghether. I was so happy and even more so to see how great O looked when Patricia rode her! can't wait to ride her with Steve Kannikkeberg this spring!! If we are ready for that!
Can't wait for our show in June! Hope to be ready for a couple training level tests!!
